Following is some useful information pointers for Jewish travelers.
Kosher Food:
The Kosher shops listed below are open on weekdays only, besides Maadan Bakery which is also open on Sunday. Restaurants and shops are all mehadrin. . The Migros and Coop supermarket chains carry many kosher products without any kosher symbols.

Shabbat:
- Chabad unfortunately does not host communal Friday evening dinners for tourists.
- Shabbat morning there is usaly a warm Kiddush at Chabad after the prayers.
- Zurich does have an Eiruv. For the Eruv Status and map please click here www.eruv.ch
- We unfortunately do not have a hot plate or kettle to loan out.
- Regarding sleeping accommodations: There are many hotels within walking distance to Chabad. See the listing below.
